FURNISHED/SHORT TERM RESERVATION POLICY
TO FIND FORMS
You’re interested in renting one of my furnished homes for your Winter stay. Click on the Forms link (located above),
print out the Rental Application. Complete the form, give me a call (928-412-3546) to let me know you are sending an
application and to find out if the home you are interested in – is available for the months you want to rent it.
Our procedure is that you apply (promising to pay the $20.00 Credit Check Fee or remit that amount with your application), I run your
credit check. Verify employment, if applicable, speak to the owner and get you approved for occupancy.
I inform you of your application approval and you send Lake Havasu City Properties the requested Security Deposit amount.
I hold your monies in our trust account until your move in date. Upon your move in, your reservation amount becomes your
security deposit. Should you want to cancel your reservation and it is more than 60 days before your move in date – I will
refund your money. &nbs Should you wish to cancel within 60 days of your move in date – you forfeit the reservation amount.
